Notes for Pre-Examination Fasting:
Do NOT eat or drink anything after 12 AM on the exam day to ensure the tests accuracy.
Please do NOT wear makeup, contact lenses, any accessories and nail polish (includes acrylic nail, gel nail, and French). We will prepare new cozy clothing and slipper for your checkup.
When scheduling an appointment, please inform our staff if you have glaucoma, chronic disease (such as hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease) or any surgery before. Medication for hypertension and heart disease can be taken on the screening day at 6:00 AM. Abstain from taking diabetic medication and please bring the oral medication or injections to the checkup center.
We will prepare healthy meal after your checkup. Please let us know in advanced if you have dietary needs.
Please notify us three days beforehand if you want to reschedule your checkups.
In case of natural disasters or irresistible factor happens, we will notify in advance and rearrange the checkups.
Our physicians will interpret most exam results on the same day after the checkup, and the final report will be sent by a registered mail or you can pick up in person.
Payment: We accept cash or credit card.
If you parked in our parking lot, please bring your ticket to our registration desk for free parking coupon after finishing all checkups.
Please bring a pair of socks if your package includes a cardiac stress treadmill test.
Pregnant women or women with suspected pregnancies should not take any examination, and we also do NOT advisable a health checkup during your menstrual period.
Please note that if you choose painless gastroscopy, you will have sedation on the examination day. However, the drug remains in your blood system for about few hours after the examination and you may intermittently feel drowsy with lapses of memory. Please do NOT drive or operate heavy machinery. Also, please try and arrange to stay with your family or find someone to accompany you home. We can help to order meal for your family if needed, and it will have additional charge.
We strongly advise NOT to go overseas in two weeks if you have polyp removed after the gastroscopy exam.
